[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old unit died and this was purchased as a replacement. Not the quietest unit out there, but it blows very cold and does the job well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and it is amazing. It cooled my whole bottom floor of my ranch style house. This summer was extremely hot and every single day I was so thankful that I had this unit. I didn't even keep it on cool, the Eco setting was perfect. I have been raving about this air conditioner to everyone. A real bang for the buck!

Giving it a second chance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my AC back in May and didnt really use it till August because I was away. August was an intense hot month however, I dont understand how on the hottest day of the year, the touch sensor when crazy. It was changing modes non stop.
The next day I called customer service and they explain that I should return it to the store and they would allow me to take another. After a month of trying to order a new one I finally installed it. So far its been great but I havent really used it much. Tim will tell.

Solid reliable cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for a "quiet" AC with less BTUs. My apartment in only 400 sq ft, so this may have been overkill, but it really keeps my apartment cool.
It is not a quiet AC, but no window units are. I'm satisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've struggled for years to find an air conditioner that would cool my NYC 6th floor walkup in the summer. All the hot air in the building seems to rise and trap itself in my apartment, especially in my bedroom, where I sleep in a loft bed literally inches away from the scorching roof of my building. Not only does my new Frigidaire 12,000 btu air conditioner keep me in cool comfort all summer long, but it is powerful enough to cool my entire apartment.
