[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the quality i believe to be good as far as cooling is concerned,alhough i had problems with 2 orders back to back that had a broken ground on the connecter,think they have to redesign that plug,but as far as cooling its great

Aready Having Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the A/C for just over a month and it already has a problem. The sensor or switch that tells it to turn on when the Temp gets to high stopped working after about 2-weeks. The only way it will turn on automatically is when using the remote's temp control feature. I let the temp get 10 degrees above the setting on the unit and it still will not turn on when using the units setting. I should note that it does turn off when using the unit setting it just won't turn back on. This is while it is set on the Econ mode. The unit does cool well and is fairly quiet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During a very hot spell, I had need of a air-conditioner that came with all parts needed to fit into window, cooled 2 rooms and was remote-controlled. Easy change of temperature, fan speed was a plus.
