Very quiet with nice features

After one month we are very pleased with our purchase and love the way it looks in the window. Easy to mount in a normal window and very little water dripping. I was worried about that and the support team said it was a feature to make it run more efficient . The condensation is splashed on the cooling fins and doesn't drip like the older models. Econ mode is great and this unit cools most of our mobile.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good unit for the price

I bought this a few weeks ago and it was great when we first got it. Cooled our entire living/kitchen/dining room area. Now it's just OK. Doesn't cool as good as when we first got it but still does it's job for the most part. It's pretty quiet which is nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Hails88, thank you for your review. I hate to hear that your a/c is not cooling properly. I would recommend checking the air filter to see if it may need cleaning. To clean the air filter simply use mild soap and water. We do recommend making sure that the filter is dry before placing back into the air conditioner. Works great!

We have had the unit in our window for a few weeks now. It cools the first floor of our house - just over 1,000 sqft - with a few well placed fans to help distribute the cool air. I would buy another and recommend it to others.

You can never go wrong when you purchase a Frigidaire, I only buy from Frigidaire. my microwave is from this line and No problems and my bedroom has a Frigidaire air conditioner and No problems, so I decided to purchase this one and so far No problems. I love it

Super Cool

Super great unit so far. Easy as can be expected to install. Cooling a 700 square foot 2 level unit, might get a second for the lower level but this is doing the trick up to 90 degrees in Chicago humidity. Bonus round: didn't boost the electric bill with 2x the BTUs of my old unit from the 1990's.
