Works great and a good value.

I bought this in July , it is better than I hoped it would be, it cools most of the house and quickly , it has been in the 90's and keeping us cool, it works better than the last 2 A/C's together. We love it ! works great , easy to install, and much lighter than old ones. Yes I would recommend it to a friend, may even get another one, one on each end of the house.

we bought this a/c right before we had a heat wave that lasted 10 days, the house stayed cool and comfortable at all times, works great.

Somewhat disappointed. I was advised to purchase one with more BTU output than I really need. This one should cool up to 550 sf. Our home is 432 sf. It works good if the outside temp does not go above100. In southern Arizona we have many days above 110 degrees.
On a 110 degree day, with the bedroom door closed, it cools the front area (288 sf) to around 81 degrees.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Ross45. Can you please confirm the model and serial number so we may review your warranty coverage and assist further with a repair visit? Please also keep in mind the air conditioner unit is only designed to cool about 15-20ºF less than what the outside temperature is in your area. If you are experiencing higher temperatures in the 90’s you will not be able to cool the atmosphere inside your home below 70-75ºF successfully. I got it for my living room and works fine and that is really cool almost whole living room. But the sound little noisy but almost all the ac are same problem.

cool Garage

I needed an AC unit to cool down my garage. When it is 100 degrees outside and you put a hot car in our garage, it got extremely hot. We had to do something and the Frigidaire 12,000 BTU window AC does the rick. It dropped the temperature and keeps it down.
