Works Wonderfully & Is So Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought about a dozen window AC units through the years, and this is the quietest and most efficient of all of them. It seems to cool even better than the 15,000 btu units I have owned. We have had several 100 degree days since I installed this unit, and it has done the job for a large combined room with the fan running on low speed.
