Piece of GARBAGE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does not clean my clothes in one wash. Water does Not cover the clothes. Machine shakes and moves all over the floor. Loudest machine ever. Makes loud banging, clicking noises with every cycle change. Sounds like a Jet plane taking off at the end of cycle. I have to pretreat all clothes and stains still do not come out. I have to wash clothes two or three times to get them clean. Sometimes agitator twists my sheets, and long sleeved clothes into knots. I have had more towels develop holes since using this machine than in 40 years of using older machines. I have to have the machine 12 inches away from the wall because it shakes so much that it keeps banging the drain hose in the back. I have even had to put a buffer of styrofoam between the hose and the back of the machine to stop the banging noises. Stuck with this piece of crap, cause as a senior with physical issues it is not easy to return and be switching machines. Not very High efficiency or energy saving if you have to run it 3 times to get one load clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a washer I would buy again
