Everything I expected

This washer does everything one would like in a washer: I replaced my 10 year old washer; this washer has everything my old one did PLUS the extra water level. I have already used this feature after my washer was washing I selected the extra water, and it added more. I also like the feature of Quick Wash and that this has a stainless steal basket. By the way my old washer was 3.4 and I had to stretch on my tippy toes to reach the bottom. This washer is larger so I was worried about reaching the cloths, but to my amazement I can. the other thing I just love is that the Agitator is flush to the bottom of the drum, NOTHING can slide under it or get caught while it Agitates .

Easy to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love stainless drum and large size. Happier with manual setting knobs, as easier to see and quicker to set. Only negatives would be it's more noisy and takes longer than previous washer, but that is not really important to me when the wash is done well and run efficiently, as is the case so far!

Excellent So Far

I have now had this washer for about 3 weeks now, bought the set for my wife as an early Christmas present and she’s loving them, has a couple flaws not to fond of, like mentioned before in other reviews, the softener issue, easy fix though buy detergent with softener in it. Also the washer has long pauses during the whole cycle on some settings. But overall very pleased !!! I haven’t incurred any of the complaints of others with the water issue (not having enough), wobbly machine, clothes twisted, unclean clothes, and etc.. All my clothes have come out clean and smelling fresh, wrung out prefect and into the super dryer. The auto sensor on the dryer is excellent, drys clothes very quickly . Well from the Brown Family and our use of the set so far we would definitely recommend.

This isn't cleaning anything...

I have had this since April 2021. It is now September 2021. It isn't working. Water is going in and out, yes... but my clothes are not being cleaned. Often, the cycle is stopped half-way and the clothes are sitting in water. I am so disappointed to be reading all the bad reviews at this point. The agitator seems not to be agitating at all. Everything comes out of the washer as dirty as it went in. It's just been rinsed in water - that's all. I'm heartbroken.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this May 1st. Had 2 service calls in 6 weeks for the same issue. Had high hopes for this machine. Turns out it left white streaks on my laundry unless I used the extra rinse each and every time. Ironically this was not the reason for service calls.This machine would not unlock when cycle was finished. Made weird noises and drove me crazy running to check on the machine every time I washed something. Finally had to return it and opted for a Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and it's working for me. Two things that I don't care for is the vibrating that the machine makes in the spin cycle and the fact that it doesn't buzz or make a sound when the washing cycles are complete.
I would recommend this to a friend!
