Does what is supposed to do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this product. It works. Yes it uses way less water but with the right detergent clothes are clean. It's quiet and quick too. Huge capacity means I can wash all of my 7 year old twins' clothes and pajamas in one load. You do have to pay attention and distribute the load evenly as my husband learned when washing his hunting bib and it was soaked at the end of the spin cycle. Added 2 towels and everything was perfect. Easy to use and at the end of the day it does it's job.

Water filling

Pros and Cons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using my new washer for over six weeks, the pros are 1) many options for wash cycles, water temps & soil levels from which to choose. Cons are 1) no choosing ability for water level, only “auto” & “deep water”, 2) following directions of adding soap, then laundry, then running on chosen cycle leaves some dark clothes with “white” marks because they don’t get thoroughly rinsed, even with “2 rinses”, 3) although sold as high efficiency, both electric and gas bills are much higher than prior to usage. That last Con is highly disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hard water shut off during filling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the washer with the exception of the auto fill feature. The stoppage of the water flows so loud it scares you. It especially frightens our dogs.
