Had a lot of issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a lot of your washers over the years but this one has had a lot of problemset, etc. My husband has multiple health issues which take precedence so I have not notified you. It doesn't fill with enough water, It takes way too long on the white cycle, sometimes, it does what it wants regardless of how I set it, etc. I am not happy with it & need it fixed/replaced while it is still under warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Somewhat disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have all Whirlpool appliances. I’m confident in the quality of the machine but disappointed in a couple of the features— one being only two water levels. I understand the goal of efficient water consumption but I do want CLEAN clothes ☹️

Less use of detergent and water. Unit runs longer than older one and I would say a little
louder. All is good

Top loader gets our clothes, etc. so clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had a front loader for years now; but this new top loader gets the clothes, etc.so much cleaner. It's quiet and has all the cycles the front loader has. It took a little getting used to, but I'm so glad we chose a toop loader. Many improvements over the top loaders I had years ago.
