[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine a few months ago so I have had time to test it out. It is not a favourite. No matter what water level or one or 2 rinses I find the machine never gets all the clothes wet. There are dry lines in some sweaters, it never seems to get all the soap out even though I have experimented with different amounts & I use very little. Quick cycle doesn’t do a good job at all. In general, I am not happy with the performance of this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] cannot add soap after water is in machine. everything comes out with stains on it either from the soap or fabric softener i can't tell. i think it is not getting enough water.

Does the job

cycles and size of tub

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the soak cycle allows you to soak for as long as you like, you have to see which cycle work best for your indiviuality in washing, The tub is huge, a lot bigger than I expected. you can choose one or two rinses, nice quiet and I am pleased
