Water please!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate this thing! I would like to add a little water to my clothes when I wash them. After my washer had run for only about one minute, I added a washcloth to the load. Several minutes later I opened the lid to look in because it was the first time I had used it and it did not sound like there was any water swishing around. The water level was lower than the top of the clothes and the added washcloth was still dry. How do you expect to wash cloths with no water. Look up U-Tube tips for how to add water to this washer if you already have one. It also take a very long time to wash a load of clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in feb 2021. This machine works great. Does not leave water stains on my clothes like my old machine. Bought for the capacity feature. I can actually put my comforter in with ease instead of trying to shove it in the machine.
