Glad this washer utilizes the agitator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our 4 year old Maytag high-efficiency low water washing machine with the Whirlpool top load washer with agitator and my wife is in heaven. Clothes seem much cleaner, wash times much more efficient and no longer a bunch of clunking, banging, snapping noises from the laundry room!!!

Wonderful Beginnings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about 2 weeks ago and I figured that it was like any other washer and to my surprise it turned out to be much more, it's quality is perfect and the lack of that horrible loudness is very welcoming and now getting clothing washed without waking anyone is perfect!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to go back to a top load with an agitator. And one made in the USA especially. 1 week in it broke. I was very upset. Yes it was serviced for free but it should not have had to been. Some but came off from a part underneath causing the problem. It has been fine since but now I don’t feel like I have a NEW washer any more. It does do a good job with the laundry and we really like the jeans & towel setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good washer for the money but long wah cycles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer has a decent amount of features. Not high end but does what we need. Runs quietly, gets the water out of the clothes on spin, auto water height is nice.
Problems are:
1) a long wash cycle, possibley due to the auto water height usage and larger size, but it's 50% more than our old washer.
2) The height adjusters do not permit the washer and matching dryer to be adjusted to the same height leaving the washer 1" lower than the dryer. May be an installation problem but the installers said it was a manufacturer problem.

Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this washer to replace a competitors front load washer. Tub has excellent capacity. Agitator handles clothing with care and does not reduce capacity. Clothes come out clean and fresh. We use Swash detergent (Whirlpool Brand detergent). It works excellent and has easy pour cap for exact measurement. I wish I had purchased a Whirlpool last time around.
