the agitator... a MUST!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into our new home three months ago. Our builder included the Whirlpool appliances with their package. We've had Whirlpool appliances in our last home and with the exception of a Whirlpool "Calypso" (their original washer without an agitator and it was AWFUL and got rid of it) we loved all of them. In this new home they installed a WTW5000DW (without an agitator) and things were not getting clean and the detergent was not getting rinsed out of the clothes. Anyways, we got rid of a two month old washer and ordered the WTW5005KW (with agitator) and what a difference! Clothes are getting clean, it gets the job done faster. My advice... insist on the agitator model.

Does a good job but very noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with all the features and does a great job of cleaning my wash. However, the drain pump cycle is quite noisy! Glad the machine is out in my garage & not in the home.
