I'm so NOT happy with my new washing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this new washing machine a month ago. Since then I've tried different settings for different clothing. I've been so unhappy with it!!! It doesn't get the clothes clean, it whirs around without the agitator agitating them. Hardly any water comes in. I smell the belts working very hard. NOT GOOD! Not a happy camper at all. Wish I could have my old one back but it died after 26 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
