[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally a large tub that is NOT deep. I am 5 feet and have never been able to find a washer i can easily reach my laundry. This is not deep, i can reach the bottom and it makes my lufe so much easier. Quiet, thorougly washes my husbands farm clorhing, lots of choices for cycles! Love this washer!

Poor design/engineering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took delivery of this machine less than 4 months ago and it is already broken. The service technician said that the actuator slipped of the pulley and said it was not designed to handle a machine with this capacity (4.2 cu. ft.) Now I am on a parts waiting list. Apparently I spent good money on a poorly designed machine and am now buying it a second time around by having to go to the laundromat every other day to get clothes washed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I have had issues with the agitator clicking due to a part malfunction. I understand the issues were due to part availability due to Covid, but it should have been mentioned when purchasing the product. An attempt has been made to rectify the issue, but the clicking began again after two washes. Waiting for a new Whirlpool part now!
