Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this Whirlpool top loader and have used it for about a month and I love it. Clothes are noticeably cleaner and whites are not gray any more!! Still using same brand of detergent, but this machine is far superior to my front loader. The features on this machine provide lots of options for different types of loads. I especially like the jeans/towel option as well as the many rinse options. Great machine!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the huge Capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this washing machine has the same outside dimensions as the 20 year old washer it replaced, the inside is huge to accomodate blankets and bed quilts so much better. The controls are simple and include a button to.push to unlock the top during rinse and spin cycles. I would have liked a see-through lid as in some other models I viewed when shopping but I think all new washers and dryers should have that feature.

Huge load washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our washer three weeks ago. The drum is huge even large bedspreads only take up 1/4 of it’s space. Washes beautifully, our clothes look like new and does it using very little water. It’s able to wash out items heavy with animal fur and the drum comes out clean too. Very happy with my new washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new Whirlpool washer but we didn’t have a good experience with the installation which we paid for. Initially, the delivers didn’t want to install the washer and my husband had to argue with them before they installed our machine. We paid for installation so they shouldn’t have been a question. We were not informed ahead of time to disconnect the washer so I had to rush to do this. Very poor communication with Canadian Appliance as they didn’t inform us to do this ahead of time. The final thing I was happy with is I asked the guy to adjust the legs and he wouldn’t. It wasn’t a good installation experience at all.
The washer is great though. I haven’t tried all of the features yet but I am happy with the machine.

Garbage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is horrible! I ultimately decided on this one over another because it had an agitator. After every single load of laundry I have to unplug the thing to reset it. The lid lock button is constantly flashing and half the time I have to run the cycle again. Sometimes the load doesn’t drain, sometimes it doesn’t spin, and sometimes it just plain old doesn’t work. I don’t even feel like my clothes are clean after some loads. After owning this washer for 6 days we had to put in a service call to Whirlpool, now it’s an 8 week waiting period for the proper parts to come in on a BRAND NEW washing machine. Worst purchase ever!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The worst

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst whirlpool washer I have ever bought . It stopped working about a month after I got it and Whirlpool replaced it with a new one and the new one stopped working also the agitator stopped working and it stopped filling with water. I would not buy this washer again Whirlpool should not sell these Appliances in areas that they cannot get service people to come out and service or product.

Great whirlpool washer
