Washing machine nightmare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine quit working three weeks after purchase. That was five months ago and still no response from you. Seems all you are doing is blowing smoke up my butt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy settings make this user friendly, however I like to be able to control the water levels for various loads. It cleans well, but long sleeve shirts, pants legs, and other garments with straps or straps twist and stretch. Overall pleased but not totally thrilled with my new washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer almost a month ago and so far I’m very happy with it! I got the agitator version and the drum is still deep enough to do a king size blanket. I did go through reviews beforehand and seen a lot of complaints about the noise level and I have no issue whatsoever with the noise. I barely hear it. I’m loving this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and matching dryer to replace my 27-year-old Kitchenaid models. Obviously, the technology is improved. The Whirlpool has greater capacity and a few more bells and whistles. Hope it lasts even half as long as my former model!
