Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the washer for less than a month, it stopped working. The last Whirlpool washing machine lasted 30 years, which is the reason I bought another. This new one is a different quality, however. The repairman came, replaced the pump, that was not the problem. He could not fix it, and so said it needed central control unit, which he had to order. Six weeks later he came, but my daughter in law, who is not a repairman, was able to reset the computer after viewing a youtube video. What is wrong with this picture?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ongoing problem
