Just know getting to know this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it because it was SO BIG INSIDE and looked like it would wash my quilts. Yes, it does! The things that I am not happy about are: no instructions came with the washer ( Must take it off their website), no where to load the detergent ( I mean NO WHERE)and there is no where to get the stuff off the filter, if there is a filter on this washer! With these changes, it wll be a fantastic washer!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reverted to top load from prior front load washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is much louder than the front loaders I had previously. One of the features I thought I was getting was more control over the water level. This does not offer control over the water level. While there is a setting for "Deep water" it doesn't actually add much more water and it does not apply to all cycles. I also wanted to be able to fill the washer with water and clothes while the water is running into the tub. This washer requires the lid to be closed for water to enter the tub. It's not a bad washer, it's just not what I hoped I was getting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted a top loading washing machine with certain options. We were reaplacing a 14 year old Whirlpool that just never quit. This machine has the features we wanted - water temp selection, auto water height, agitator and second rinse option. The stainless steel tub is a great upgrade. The tub will outlast the machine. The auto locking lid is different, but I guess that is the standard now. It is quieter than our old machine but it's still a washing machine so it does make noise. Installation was the usual, water lines and drain. Leveling went well and we have a very uneven concrete basement floor. Clothes come out clean. The different cycles do make a difference in run time which tells me they aren't just there for show. Different cycles do wash differently. We're very pleased with the washer. Hopefully it lasts as long as the last Whirlpool we owned.
