My mother-in-law hasn't complained

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine is actually bigger than the 4.2. Not sure how that happened but it is a 4.8. My wife's mom loves it. I bought her a Maytag last time and it lasted 3 yrs and she said it didn't wash the clothes well. This one so far does a way better job, is way more efficient. She used to have a whirlpool in the past and influenced me to get one also amd guess what she was right. I got her the Maytag because it was convenient but never again. Stick to whirlpool. They were pioneers in the washing machine being invented so they should know their stuff! Please keep up the good work.

Garbage Washer.....what a waste

If the part ever gets here that needs to be replace.and the same thing happens, I will be returning a washer to someone. So disappointed!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very disappointed!! It hasn't worked proper at all. It will only work on the quick wash and we have to turn it to drain and spin!! As we have been away quite a bit no service is available until July 6th.

Reliability matters!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it a month ago and it never washed my clothes right and all of a sudden the machine stopped sensing the water and has no functioned correctly after they say it was fixed but it’s a not a good investment would not recommend it to no one
