Very good machine but...

I just purchased this machine and it works great but I hate that it doesn't have an end-of-cycle signal. I don't understand why such a simple and effective feature would not be included. I am seriously considering exchanging the machine now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The manufacturer was backed up in orders. I MUST SAY my NEW WHIRLPOOL washing machine is TOP NOTCH. I highly recommend this machine to anyone looking to purchase a new washer.

Sucks

I have had this thing for 3 weeks. It is awful. Have to spin again to get thing to not be sopping wet, Deep water wash, water barely moving and barrell and agitator are moving in the same direction.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and very happy with the performance of this machine. The size of the drum is a perfect size for large loads and spins the load out so that drying time is minimal. Highly recommended this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this product last month after talking to our sales representative regarding, quality, operational ease and efficient service! This product has met all our expectations! For us the agitator was the key selling point as it has made a difference in the cleaning operation vs our last washer that lacked an agitation.
Our only wish is that our wager had a buzzer to sound when the washing cycle is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace 28 year old washer and chose this one based on price and brand. I wanted to stay with top load and agitator. Capacity is actually way larger than I need and I'm looking forward to trying the comforter and mattress covers in it.
It takes some getting used to but I'm now comfortable with how it operates. Initially it was strange not picking water level, but I have peeked as its adding and it doesn't over use water (which is good with septic system). It is a bit noisier than I expected being newer technology.
