Ok for basics wash machine

Squeak really loud

My husband bought this washer and dryer set about 10 months ago. At first I loved it, as the months went by the washing machine would make a loud squeaking noise when washing clothes and humming sound when the water is draining. I’m not sure why it’s making these sounds but it is very annoying. Also, there are times that the water will not spin and drain out. This shouldn’t be happening at all no matter what the cycle is set on.
Overall the dryer is amazing!
