Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just go it delivered a week ago and have only used 8 times but thus far I really like it. I’m still getting used to it and it’s very different from my previous ones. It’s huge and you can wash so much. So far I really like it. My one suggestion is to make the fact that it needs the HE detergent more obvious. I did not see that on the computer when I was researching and that may be my fault. But once it was here there wasn’t anything that really calls that to ones attention. I was give 1 Tide pod and then I realized it. Also, it’s fairly quiet but makes much different sounds than most washers and it is in the directions but once again not really noticeable unless you really read. And most of us don’t. I thought there was a problem when I used it for the first time and then went looking in the booklet and finally discovered this is normal. If it’s more apparent to buyers you’ll save yourself and us a lot of calls or emails to see if it’s broken.

Great! just not like the old days!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this washer s month ago, have washed alot: whites, jeans, bedspreads (queen size) sheet's , blankets, and coats, long sleeve shirts, shirts with old stains etc. Plain and simple, it works! Stuff comes out clean. However, I expected to be able to see the higher level of water you'd expect like with the old-school top loaders, but not here. Even on the deep water setting, it seems the level of water is not enough... But alas there is enough to clean the clothes. Also the agitation isn't constant like in the older machines. It cyclically works the clothing around... Again it works! I had my doubts after "experiencing" the first load or two, but it senses the level of clothes and there's enough water to clean the clothes. Being we have an underground waste water tank, I appreciate not wasting water to do laundry and needlessly fill my tank. Works as advertised...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many years of calling the appliance repair man, one day I asked him which manufacturers make the most reliable appliances. He said Whirlpool. I've bought Whirlpool exclusively since and have had no problems and the appliances always worked great. The price makes the washer/dryer combo a great value.

Love the agitation cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and am very happy with it. The only improvement could be to add a detergent dispenser! I measure my Tide detergent when adding to my wash and don't like the way I have to wipe it out of the measuring cup. Instead I would prefer to just drop the detergent into a plastic container.

Back to basics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a month ago. It seems to reliably and thoroughly clean our laundry. I haven't experienced any unbalanced load issues, which was a big drawback with our previous washing machine. The only thing I've noticed with this washer is that there seems to be a glitch when you go from "soak" to any other function. I've tried unplugging it and resetting it, but it doesn't move to the next cycle.

Simple and great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new Whirlpool washer for 2 weeks and so far I really like it. Love the big basket. I washed my quilt type bedspread yesterday on the bulky cycle. It came out perfect. The machine handled it well. The cycles take a little longer I feel because it is high efficiency HE, but not extreme. It seems like it is a good solid machine. Like the stainless steel interior too.

Working Great....2 weeks in....

dissatification...noisy and didn't do a good job of washing clothes...the spin cycle stopped working and finally had to get a new one (repair would have cost close to half the cost of a new one...Glad to dump it. Love my new Whirlpool AGITATOR top loader....Quieter and
works great...
