[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a new washer when ours died. Washers were hard to get at the time due to supply shortages. The new one has an agitator which is what we wanted, but the clothes seem to get tangled and twisted during cycle. Also when it’s running it sounds like it’s grinding walnuts or in pain, not sure if this is normal as our old washer was 21years old. Too bad you can’t listen to washers before you purchase them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

large stainless steel tub

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer after having a Whirlpool washer for over 19 years that was wonderful; and dependable, a real work horse. This machine has low water use technology, and a large tub. My only complaint is the red "locked" light stays on when the load is done. Also it as balanced by the deliveryman but now seems to be out of balance.
