Worst Washingh Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "DEEP WATER" is a lie. It does not work the way it was described. It sometimes fills to fell level on the "bulk wash" but not on others. I had a technician come in since i thought is was not working correctly and they say it "is what it is". I am not happy with the quality of wash. No matter the load size everything comes out wrinkled. I often need to do a cycle twice since it does not come out clean like my old one. Would love the exchange it but cannot get through to customer support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this online after reading a few reviews. Pluses were it’s quite, cleans well and has an agitator. We have enjoyed this machine for the past few weeks and love that it is made in America.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just live my new Whirlpool washer that I purchased a couple of months ago. No longer to I have to use the laundromat to wash my comforters. My queen size comforter actually got clean! I really like the auto sense water level. No wasting water when I only have a couple of delicates clean. Even though I have only had this washer for a short time I would recommend purchasing it.

Disappointed - was a Kenmore customer for years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is virtually no water with the Auto Sensing mode. Use Deep water mode for every load. The on-off-on-off of the water at the beginning of the cycle is hard on the pipes...the repeated banging.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than a Front Load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a front load washer for years I got fed up with laundry not seeming like it was getting clean and decided I needed a top load. I have had this washer for a few weeks, after a rough start, and some trial and error, we are pretty happy with it. The first load we did was darks on Normal setting using the Tide pod that came with the machine. Our clothes came out with a white film and the fragrance was overwhelming! I washed everything again with vinegar and noticed there was next to no water in the tub when washing, but I let it run through the cycle anyway. I was so disappointed, they still had that white film and scent, it seemed like the machine was just not getting our clothes clean, I almost returned the machine. I read through the reviews and discovered the Bulky setting will actually fill the washer with water, so I washed the clothes again on bulky with vinegar and the white film was finally removed, the clothes felt so much cleaner! Next I tried our bed sheets, they looked dingy from not being well cleaned in the front load washer. After one wash on bulky they looked and felt clean again! Unfortunately, it seems like all of the other wash settings will not be getting used, but as long as it has one setting that gets everything clean that is all I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a top loading washer with a few different cycles. This washer acts as a front loader but loads on top. The clothes are beat up and left in a twisted ball. What’s the use of saving water when the clothes are not thoroughly cleaned and the cycle runs forever? Please give us an old fashioned regular washer that we can control!!
