[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a whirlpool machine three weeks ago and I’m not happy with it. The machine is so slow washing and it doesn’t move properly like the one I had before. I don’t know if it has something under that we have to remove or what. The machine is lazy. What should I do?
