Only slightly defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drain pump wasn't hooked up, so the water just sat there. Tech came out and fixed it aboout 5 days later. Works ok otherwise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a very nice washer compared to my last washer. This one is not as deep and difficult to reach the bottom of my last washer. I find the different cycles better and don't run for 3 hours like my old washer.
