Simple and cleans great

One of the best models I reccomend to my clients all the time. No bells and whistles but great features where it counts, 12 wash combos, hi efficiency, quiet operation and excellent price!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not Worth the Money

Who Knew

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer on May 12, 2020. It was delivered on May 23, 2020. It arrived with a faulty circuit board. Needed a repairman to come out since the store I bought the machine from did not have any in stock and was not expecting a new shipment before July so sending the machine back for a replacement that worked was not an option. Authorized dealer sent a repairman out on May 28. He confirmed my description of the problem and he would order a new circuit board. A second repairman arrived on June 11 with a new circuit board, exchanged with faulty board and the machine was good to go. Yah! Washing begins. I had read the instructions that came with the machine because the Whirlpool I replaced it with was over 20 years old and this machine did not work like the old machine. I have machine-washable pillows and my husband had the corona virus so I wanted to wash the pillows as I had done in my old washer. Put the 2 king-size pillows in, started the washer and left. When I went back downstairs to the washer, the machine had fallen off one of the leveling boards so it was at a tilt and the machine had walked far enough to unplug itself. Call to Authorized dealer. They sent a repairman out the same day. He advised me that washing pillows in the washer was not recommended. I told him the instructions said nothing about pillows. He asked if I had the instructions, I said I did and got them so he could read them. He agreed there was nothing about pillows. He tried calling Whirlpool and after awhile was disconnected. He then called another repairman who gave him the following info-you can wash pillows in the washer but they have to be the same weight. No problem. Got 2 dry pillows that matched each wet one. Did 2 loads of pillows with no problem. Who Knew!

Just what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a washer with a normal agitator and the ability to select my water level. I have a pre soak option as well. It has several wash cycles water temps.I have had whirpools in the past. I am very pleased with my purchase. I plan on getting a dryer but I need one small enough to fit down the basement.
