Our Rider DLX Pellet Grill started off great and we loved it ~ then it broke after 9 months, and we haven't been able to use it. Having trouble fixing it even though its under warranty. 6 months ago... I would have given it a glowing recommendation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this less than a year ago. I have had issues with the auger ever sense the first time of use. It jammed and had to disassemble the auger to clear it. I’ve tried all different kinds of pellets still jammed. I did figure out that I can’t have any weight on the auger. That means I would have to load it in the hopper a hand full at a time. Not really practical. So off to the dump this goes this weekend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t Buy - Poor Quality

The grill worked great in the beginning then it went completely down hill. I wish I never bought this grill! I typically don’t right negative reviews, but I don’t want other going through what I went through! Stay way buy something else.

At first this product seemed to be good but after 6 uses it started acting up. It showed an error 04 code and after contacting support they sent a new internal temp probe out. After installing it, I get the same code !!!!! This definitely wasn’t worth the investment !
