Grilling beast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a grilling beast! Assembling this grill took a little time but overall it was fairly easy to set up. The cooking features and temperature ranges set this grill apart from any grill I have ever used. I love the sturdy metal design of this grill and the exceptionally large grilling space. I have smoked and grilled steaks, ribs, and burgers on this grill and the flavor is outstanding. This grill has brought my backyard BBQs to a whole new level!
I would recommend this to a friend!

WOW! Love it for Smoked Fish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't mind telling you I am a 65 year old woman and I put this together by myself. I don't suggest assembling by yourself but if you have some leverage power, you may be able to do so. It arrived on a pallet so I used the pallet as my leverage. No problem for me turning it over from the pallet to place the legs on but standing it up by myself was another matter. Finally, I realized I could lay it back down on it's side and with some pallet leverage, stand it up right. Assembly would have certainly been easier with two people because it is very heavy to say the least. I have found it very easy to use. I tried it with hickory pellets and looking forward to trying some other varieties. I am more prone to seafood and vegetable but I have smoked chicken, grilled hotdogs and burgers, steaks, and smoked fish. For smoking tilapia, I place the filets in aluminum foils and leave it open so the smokey flavor gets absorbed. I've buttered the fish first, have used a variety of seasonings, and lemon. It's so good and flaky! This smoker comes with complete directions and all very easy to read and understand. I highly suggest it if you love to grill out and enjoy grill and smoked food. You'll certainly delight your guests and your self!

Great pellet grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oklohoma Joe's is the king of grills. I was blown away by this smoker/grill. Firstly, it took my under hour and half to assemble the grill; it wasnt bad at all. The instructions are easy to follow. With the help of my friend, I was able to put this together just fine. The pit control system allows to cook for a set period of time so that the meat can cook optimally. There are multiple racks to separate your meats to cook or smoke. I made ribs and steaks at the same time and they came out great. There is a cool sear mode that enables you to cook on high or low temperatures smoking your meats perfectly. The grill is pretty big, you may need 1000 plus sq inch of space on your deck or patio. The entire grill is cast iron, it gives you a feeling that you are working on a professional old school type of grill. It comes with pellet storage bucket and a quickdraw hopper system. There are easy hooks for towels and your tools. Comes with a drip bucket too. This helped me clean the grill quickly without creating a whole lot of mess. It has wheels too so that you can easily move your grill based on where the wind is coming from to manage the smoke. Overall, a great smoker/grill. I have used it a few times already and I must admit this grill is a wow grill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received an Oklahoma Joe's Rider Delux Pellet Grill and Smoker and we are absolutely obsessed with using it. Assembly takes two people about 1-2 hours, but the directions are really easy to follow. The smoker is also super easy to use! We've used it to smoke racks of ribs and whole chickens and it tastes AMAZING! Very high quality grill, highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Oklahoma Joe’s Rider DLX Pellet Grill is amazing and has exceeded our expectations. It was quite easy to put the grill together with the instructions and after that it was ready to go. It is very heavy and sturdy and made of cast iron. The temperature controls are easy to use and the smoked flavor is just perfect. Everything that we have made on this grill came out tender and juicy with a nice smoked flavor. It gives perfect smoke every time. The temperatures rises quickly and meat or any other food is cooked evenly on this pellet grill. Really enjoying this pellet grill and we will certainly keep on enjoying it for years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always wanted a smoker and I could hardly contain myself waiting on this one to arrive! It is a beast of a machine. The freight delivery company delivered it to my driveway and my husband had to have the neighbor help him get it to our patio because it weighs a ton. The two of us had it assembled in less than an hour. The instructions were easy to follow and pieces clearly labeled. I was slightly intimidated by cooking in it but my first try with pork butt turned out amazing. The quick draw hopper and the ash cup are two of my favorite features and also the built in thermometer. This smoker is so well built that I expect to get years of use from it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it once BUT I thing this thing could handle anything. I only used it to grill sausages, burgers with sides. Fantastic space for doing the potatoes and kebabs with the meats. All in one cooking surfaces make grilling easy. The clean up was no issue unlike like others I've had. It was a great experience and very likely to use in more than my last Grill. My ONLY negative is its heavy and a pain to move!
