I bought this grill my first pellet grill back around May 1st came with griddle, cover and pellets. I received all the accessories about a week later by FedEx then the grill came about a week later on a different companies truck. The driver of the truck was awesome and professional (R&L Carriers) wheeled my grill right under my carport. The box had a couple of grips in it but nothing was damaged. Took me about hour and half to put it together (it can be put together by yourself). Seasoned the grill and griddle. The first thing I cooked was hamburgers on the griddle just to break it in and see how it would work. Cook amazing and fairly fast. A couple of days later did some steaks and Awesome perfect grill marks and had all six of them done in about 3-4 minutes. About a week later I did some chicken breast on it and they amazing too. I did discover with chicken that I got the best smoke about 260-270. So far Great Grill for the price and love the pellet drop feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this two months ago and it does ok to sear steak but to hot even on low for spare ribs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely the best grill!!!!!

I have been a diehard charcoal grill person for years. Have been wanting to try a pellet grill for awhile so today i finally purchased this grill....so 1st of all this thing is very heavy...construction is top notch..assembly was very easy only took about 1 hour...completed the start up procedure and then started the first meal..corn on the cob. Salmon filet and shrimp..have to say everything turned out better than old charcoal grill...this grill will be used alot for sure..thanks for a great product!!!!

The smoker was used 4 times then quit working the motor would not turn. I reported it and was sent a new motor. The replacement procedures were not very helpful until I received the correct one from the help desk. Replacing the motor didn't work so I was sent a new control panel. I replaced it and then nothing worked. I again contacted the help desk and they sent me a new smoker which had to again be but together. After carefully following the instruction for the initial start again the motor would not turn now I have 2 useless large, heavy pieces of metal in my back yard and do not know what to expect next and how to get rid of the 2 now taking up space on my patio. I don't thing I will ever purchase another item from this company

We (3 siblings) went together and bought a wedding gift for our sister and her new husband. It was shipped to them over a month ago. They have used it a dozen times and the day after the wedding used it to smoke chicken, burgers and brats. It performed very well and everyone enjoyed the home smoked flavor. I can see them using this grill, smoker for years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the pellet grill a month ago and it was a great decision the only thing was the assembly it took a bit longer than I expected but I used it as soon as it was done and I smoked 4 racks of ribs and they were great fall off the bone with no problems and no flare ups this was a great decision thanks

Great smoker, with circuit board issues

Had this smoker for over a year, with no issues, then one day showed error code 2 and 3, which was replaced and did not fix the issues. Circuit board was replaced and the issues was fixed 2 weeks later error code 2 again bought a hot rod, did not fix the code, here goes another circuit board replacement. Love the smoker but not dependable.

Smokes Great when it works

Had the smoker for 16 months and I regally wanted to love this thing with all the research I put in before I bought, but couldn’t even like it. Had errors out of the gate when purchased but then it worked fine for 15 months now the igniter has gone bad and it’s suppose to be a real pain to replace. I dumped it! Too much money for 16 months worth of cook. The auger is also not powerful enough. Great design poor quality on some key components
