Bout six months ago strongly recommend not to by auger is junk! It will quit working !

Great Surface Area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill can feed an army. It is very spacious. The cooking temperature is evenly dispersed. It's a cross between a slow cooker and a traditional grill. The flavor gets to fully penetrate the meat without the risk of burning it. The design is seamless. Once assembled, yes it is heavy-duty. I predict years of grilling and great times with this grill.

Great compared to regular charcoal or gas grills

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this a few weeks ago. After having help assembling it I finally used it twice now and to be honest I absolutely love it! This is the perfect product you simply load the pellets set the temp and let it do its thing. Absolutely outstanding product.

I bought this smoker pour a second grill I have a Pit Boss 820 and I quit using the Pit Boss because I love the smoker so much it’s the best thing I ever bought

Easy to Use Smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first smoker and the pellets make it much easier to monitor the temperature and get a nice clear smoke burn. I had a problem because the pellets "ran out" in the auger and caused the temp to drop. Be sure to check when cooking about 2-3 hours in to see if your pellets are not completely draining to the bottom of the hopper. It was easy to put together, but definitely easier with 2 people. The smoker drum is HEAVY and a second person to help lift up makes assembly easier. Check the bottom where the ashes drain because mine was bent. Make sure to take all the stickers off the smoker in WARM weather. Whoever decided to add a sticker to the inside of the smoker drum should be let go. It too me almost an house to get the sticker off the inside. Use a hair drier to help if its cool out. That helped peeling the sticker off.

The pellets are easy to find year round and the flavor is just amazing. My brother in law has a cabinet style smoker and watching him do squats with plates full of meat is fun to watch. This is easy to use, comfortable to cook on and great results!

Just received our DXL yesterday. Gilled Brawts the first night. Smoked Ribs the second day. Smoking and grilling could not be easier. I love this unit.
I had the unit assembled and delivered which I would suggest. There is a lot of parts to Assemble
