Worst Blender I’ve Ever Used

I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a product in my life before but this blender is so awful I felt compelled to try and save at least one person from purchasing this god awful product. I bought this as an upgrade to a magic bullet but it can barely blend anything. It takes me 10 minutes so make a smoothie because on any setting but the highest the blender can’t do anything. Then on the highest setting it jams every few second and you have to shake the contents around and try again. I honestly can’t believe I’m reviewing a blender but here I am. Don’t buy this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Happy with this Blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I make smoothies for breakfast pretty much every morning and my previously blender was extremely loud to the point where it would wake my girlfriend up and it would take about 30 seconds to get the smoothie to the desired texture. This blender does the same job in about 10 seconds with less noise than my previous blender. The blender is extremely high quality and for the price I think this is an extremely good deal. The only improvement I would request to move to five stars would be to make it slightly more quiet, but at the price point I think it still does a good job in regard to noise.

I it use this blender almost every day and it looks beautiful on my counter too! You can’t go wrong with this appliance!!!! I highly recommend this for even commercial use. Retired Chef

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a powerful blender that blends our smoothies to perfection in hardly any time. The ice crushing speed makes healthy smoothies taste like soft serve ice cream! It's simple to use and easy to clean. Even my 10 year old can use it to make a great and healthy treat. It doesn't take up too much space on the counter or in the cabinet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The K150 blends very good. My smoothies are perfect. However, I wish it were a little more aerodynamic. It looks like a blender from the 50's. Other than that, it's awesome. The motor is very strong but quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, this blender has such an attractive design. It’s retro, yet modern. The base is heavy which is important - because the blender doesn’t jump around when blending hard items. Anyone who has purchased different blenders or smoothie-makers has probably witnessed this with some blenders - they move around because the “engine” is so strong. But not this one. It stays put. Also, the carafe is made of substantially strong material and appears very long-lasting.
Now on to the results - my title is captioned: “Let it snow” because the first thing I did with this blender is test its ice crushing feature and it blended the ice beautifully. It literally looked like snow! No doubt, this powerful blender would make excellent smoothies and even ice cream. It blends perfectly without liquifying. If it can handle ice so effortlessly, it can handle anything. Also, it blends pretty quickly so you don’t have to worry about blending. My only qualm with this blender is that though it has different speeds (which really vary) to ensure you’re getting the results you seek, the ice crush feature requires you to continuously hold the dial. Not sure why, but you don’t have to hold it for long to crush ice anyway. Maybe it’s to make sure you don’t overblend the ice. All-in-all, I must say that I’m very impressed by both the looks and performance of the Kitchenaid K-150 blender. Like all Kitchenaid items that I have (and I have many) this one doesn’t disappoint.

Simple Design with Superb Quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great blender all around but it is exceptionally good for making smoothies. I am able to pack greens, frozen fruit and ice in the blender and then blend it until it’s so smooth within seconds. This blender is much quieter than blenders I have owned in the past. It also has a removable top to be able to pour in items as needed. Simple design with excellent kitchen aid quality!! This blender is worth every penny!

KitchenAid speed ice crushing blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blender was used multiple times for girls night. It crushes ice in minutes and is the perfect consistency for your favorite drinks. It does not take up alot of space and it is very easy to use. Cleaning is very easy, just use warm soapy water and you're done.
