Overall i really like the V60. The only thing i did not like is the most zoom out part of the camera. It looks weird, kinda roundish. Besides that it can take better pictures than the V40 and get a good picture of the night sky. I look forward to the V100.
I have been using LG phones for year and am really enjoying the LG V60. The battery life is the best I have ever had on a phone. I have no need to charge all day long when using it to play games or using social media. The screen is clear and vivid and the added features are phenomenal! LG did it again with another great phone!
I've had my phone for a week now and so far it's fantastic!
Switching from a HTC phone, there was a few things I was looking for great audio, a great camera, and the bottom buttons (home, go back, recent apps). The audio is very clear and I haven't experienced any kind of distortion. And of course, it comes with a headphone jack :) That was important to me as I don't want to switch to wireless headphones.
The camera is leagues better than the one on my old HTC phone! The editing settings are a bit different, but nothing to cry over. I'm very satisfied with the quality of photos taken, sometimes it's a challenge at low light but nothing serious. I also enjoy how easy it is to organize my stuff in the gallery once I learned how to do it. I have to go to menu, press select, then go to menu again to see the option to move or copy.
As for the buttons, by default it's replaced by gestures. To go back, from either side of the phone, slide toward the center of the screen. To go home, just slide up from the bottom. And to see recent apps, slide up from the bottom then hold for a second. The list of gestures are at settings - display - navigation bar. From there you can also switch to buttons if preferred!
A nice feature I've enjoyed is being able to adjust the volume according to each app. Ex. My game app might be at 60% volume while my music app is at 90%, etc. Just change the volume like normal and you'll see the option to adjust by app.
The size of the phone isn't a big deal as I thought it would be. I have small hands, but I'm still able to be on my phfor one handed texting.one in comfort. There is an option to change the keyboard to allow
The fingerprint scan is reliable most of the time. I'd say it takes 7/10 times for it to read my fingerprint without having to try again.
It offers a lot of options to personalize my phone to settings that make using it much more comfortable. I also absolutely love the blue color and the rose gold framing! The back is made of glass, so be sure to buy a case for it.
The phone is okay. Heavy and has some minor issues compared to a 7 year old windows phone. A bit of hassle with the camera and sending pictures etc. This is above and beyond just learning a new phone.
First one was a lemon, and after 4 days, y'all replaced it with another apparent dud!!! Speaker keeps muting itself when in on a call. Soooo frustrating. I'm in a wheelchair and need to be hands free. Not with this phone obviously. And when I Google the issue, seems like many folks are having the same problem. Not happy!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Despite everything going on with a global pandemic. My experience was very good. I was able to browse upgrade options without pressure. And same day personal setup and delivery was a big plus.
