response is good, battery is good, camera is good. Frame is good, Sound is good. The only suggestion I have is the buttons in the home page should be set to default to help the new users to learn how to navigate.
Great phone except for size being too big and heavy and transfer of contacts from previous phone. (It lost all my contacts when I synced but a Google search fixed it) I switched from a Samsung Galaxy 7 so this is a big upgrade. The brightness is too bright for me. I have it set on low brightness, blue screen, and dark mode. The sound is crazy too. I have to lower the volume settings because it's ear piercing. Otherwise, its a phone. It's a little behind the Samsung and iPhone in terms of specs, but the battery life is amazing as the previous two battery life stinks.

I purchased after doing much research on all LG phones. I have had LGs in past and have always been happy with them. I read almost all reviews and because ratings were high, I chose the V60 thin. I have had this one for three weeks and the are my thoughts. The speaker phone issue regarding being muted is horrible. I use my phone a lot for work and is easier using on speaker phone. When I get muted without knowing it, huge inconvenience. The phone is huge. If you have big hands, good for you. Phone doesnt fit in a pocket comfortably. I have to reboot at least once every 3-5 or the phone freezes up on me or slows down. Pro. Picture quality is amazing. Will be playing with it some more but not worth the price at this point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First one was a lemon, and after 4 days, y'all replaced it with another apparent dud!!! Speaker keeps muting itself when in on a call. Soooo frustrating. I'm in a wheelchair and need to be hands free. Not with this phone obviously. And when I Google the issue, seems like many folks are having the same problem. Not happy!!!!!

1. The fingerprint sensor is inaccurate and I have to constantly reprogram my fingerprints for it to recognize them.
2. Using voice to text there is a LONG delay between activation and when it's actually ready to receive input.
3. The Google Assistant button is a waste of hardware because it can't be reprogrammed to a different use. What's the use of a button when Google Assistant can be activated by voice?
