This is the worst phone I ever used period! I already sent one back for a second and it's failing too. Every 5 text messages I want to send, I have to reset the entire phone. You can't open a photo from gallery with the first phone, the second one has annoying glitches that only a hard reset fixes for a brief period of time. I'm resetting this paperweight of a phone every ten minutes DONT BUY THIS PEOPLE IT SHOULDN'T HAVE LEFT PRODUCTION PHASE!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the battery life, i've been getting 3 days out of a one charge. But underestimated the size of the overall phone. Some of the features that would make the size of the phone more manageable to use are hard to enable. For example the half screen option. You can only enable it by (gesture) swiping and holding mid screen. Well in a lot of apps swiping across the screen has other functions so 95% of the time i get a different result then the desired half screen and left frustrated. At this point i've only been able to enable the half screen by accident and usually not when i want it. I really wish LG would make the half screen option a (optional) button feature on their navigation bar in their next system update.

My husband and I just both got these phones. If it wasn't for this issue, which is a big one, the phones would have been 4-5 stars.
Having only had the phones for a couple weeks I have not been able to establish a pattern. However, while your call is on speaker the person to whom you are speaking will say "hello? are you there?" I had one person hang up thinking we had been disconnected. Found that if you take it off speaker, they can again hear you. Since this has also happened to my husband, it's got to be a known issue. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fone, cool features, however it has speakerphone issues. I have been with LG since the G2 and never experienced this issue. Call participants can't hear me during some calls which results in them terminating the call despite me hearing them. LG, help!

My wife and I purchased two of the LG V60 Dual phones. We were replacing 2 LG V20's that we have had for 4 1/2 years. The phone seems to be well designed. I like the option of a dual screen and being able to fold it back when I need just one screen. When the speaker phone is working it is great - good sound and others can hear us very well. It even does well to cancel the background noise around us. So people are able to hear what we are saying. But frequently when the speaker phone is on, all of a sudden it changes - I can hear them, but they can't hear me. Sometimes people have hung up because they think the call dropped. When I cancel the speakerphone function, they can hear me again. This is happening with both of our phones. While I want to keep the phone, I am thinking of taking it back for the other nice features, I am thinking of taking it back while there is still the opportunity, for I normally use the speakerphone feature a lot with a phone. And as I mentioned, when it is working it is a great one. It's just not trustworthy. Has anyone else had this issue? Has anyone resolved this issue? Clinton
phone is nice, still need more time to see if it was worth it. dual screen was easy to to get and (unlike what some negative reviews said) only took a week to arrive. i really don't know how much i'm going to like the second screen, as it's not as functional as i expected. with dual screen, it is heavy and bulky, and unprotected, there is no protective cases out there for dual screen set up. the "case" that is part of dual screen looks useless, as i feel if i dropped this thing it would shatter. also, with dual screen it is really difficult to handle, accidentally hitting volume buttons or something on the main screen...really not sure it was worth it at this point, i hope my mind is changed with time

This is a fantastic phone! I'm coming from a 512gb Note 10 plus which I love but this is better phone in my book. I know that this phone won't get the credit it deserves but it should.
WARNING: PHONE DOES NOT ARRIVE WITH THE DUAL SCREEN CASE (From Verizon). AFTER YOU PURCHASE THE PHONE YOU WILL HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS WITH LG TO REQUEST THE DUAL SCREEN CASE AND IT WILL THEN TAKE SIX WEEKS TO ARRIVE FROM LG.
