Bought 2020. Still going strong in 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's fall 2023 and I'm still using my original device. I can't think of any new device that gives me what this one does. Quad DAC headphone jack, voice bokeh, expandable storage, huge battery, dual screen and updated to Android 13 which made it snappier and more modern. A legendary device that can't be duplicated. I don't know what I'll get when I'm forced to replace it if it becomes truly outdated.
Was pleased when I opened up the box! However, it went down hill from there. Using an AT&T unlocked phone on Consumer Cellular, I was advised that per mu IMIE number, it doesn't support Volte! However, with the installed Android 10, it immediately worked on WIFI phone. But within a few days it upgraded to Android 11 and I immediately lost the use of WIFI phone. This is an important feature as I live in a area with poor cell coverage. I am currently working with LG Tech Support who is researching the Volte and WIFI issues. If this can be resolved I will be very happy with this phone.
I have owned 2 other LG phones and have been very pleased with each of them. This phone is no exception. I enjoy the features of my LG V60 Thin Q 5G phone, and battery life is the best of all of the phones that I have had. I purchased this because I wanted a 5G phone. Bottum line, this is an excellent phone, and I am very pleased with my purchase.
I've loved LG phones in the past: the LG Shine and recently I had the LG V30. I hate that you can only use wideview and keyboard on dual screen with Chrome. When you buy the phone it makes it seem like dual screen keyboard is available in any app. The battery is horrible because it is powering two screens. The gamepad isn't compatible with most games. I'm just trying to pay this phone off so I can get something else. it makes sense why LG decided to stop making phones. Probably a prudent choice because this is not your strong point.

The last 3 phones that I have purchased are all LG Phones. I have purchased them because of their dependability, features, and quality. So far, I have never been disappointed. The LGV60 Thin Q 5G is their best phone yet when it comes to performance, ease of operation, and features. I am well pleased with my purchase.
Swtiching from iphone 12 pro max and tried to use a note 20 ultra but to this isa better phone... Is a shame LG didn't used more advertising I recently knew this phone existed
