People can't hear me when I use the speaker phone. I have done a hard reset. Audio is no good in the dual case.

The LG V60 ThinQ is a great device! The speed and functionality is even better than I had hoped. The free second screen you get when you order makes it even better! It has already made my work day better all around.
Way better than expected! Wish it had the slide up screen for all loaded apps, but guess i'll have to get used to not having that anymore. Still a great phone minus missing a few things i was once accustomed to... Takes great pictures. Ease switching apps. Multi window works great. Great price. Worth the switch!
This phone is awesome! We bought it at a time where you could get the dual screen for free. My boyfriend loves the features and it’s easy use. He’s a contractor so the dual screen is awesome for drawing out designs and comparing/contrasting.
Horrible phone. Returned and went back to my V35 ThinQ. Aps wouldn't run, SMS messages wouldn't clear or be marked as read when I read them. The ATT Backup/Sync kept putting the same texts back after deleting them. Fingerprint scanner is wonky, and wouldn't work with several of my financial aps. Avoid this phone, and this is from a big LG fan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOOOOVE this phone! I was soooo excited, that I paid a little early to trade-in for this phone. See, I have big hands, and, back in the day, I also had the Galaxy Mega 6.3 inch phone at the time, it was a great fit for me...hands wise. I wasn't getting hand cramps from having a smaller phone. So, now, this phone is just over 3 inches wide, and, comes in at 6.8 inches long...perfect once again for my hands. I've only had it for a few days, but, I know I like it already. The picture quality is awesome...and steady. Not a lot of movement or "shaking" like the other phones I've owned. I love the fact that when you close an app or the internet, it closes for good, and, you don't have to go back and close everything you were just in. Battery life is phenomonal! Even after having my 4G on for most of my 8-hour work day, and, using Facebook, as well as playing some games, it would still be about 75-80% when I got home. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a bigger phone due to having big hands to get this one. It still feels light to hold, even with a phone case on it. THANK YOU LG FOR MAKING A PHONE this big!
