Buttery smooth camera, FAST, AMAZING BATTERY, Great Pix and Video AND sound! tit-for-tat, this crushes all others right now!! BETTER camera and battery and camera interface and selfies than the S20, Better size screen, camera interface and battery than the pixel 4, bigger screen, better camera interface and sound than the iphone 11 pro........................ALL AT A CHEAPER PRICE!!! From S8 to the V60

My wife just picked this phone out for me a few daya ago and to say I'm impressed would be an understatement. I've never owned an LG phone in my life but I could get used to how well it competes with some of the top brands out there.
My favorite thing about the V60 Thin Q is the battery life! I could use this phone all day and come home at 5 after work with the battery still above 50%.
The thickness and weight of this phone is a little different and I'm sure adding an Ottorbox case would bulk it up even MORE! Overall a great phone, with AMAZING battery life, and a large but manageable sized screen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the LG V60 but always room for improvement

I upgraded from the LG V30 to the V60 last week. So far, I'm loving the phone and there are so many incredible positives about it. *I am only using the V60, not the dual screen attachment.*
1. The display is beautiful. Even at the 1080p resolution, everything looks very sharp and the colors really pop on this screen. Don't get too caught up in thinking this 1080p OLED display is "behind the times."
2. The camera's take vivid and clear pictures and the 4k video recording is great. There are a ton of features and filters on the camera as well to create some very artistic expressions.
3. This. Phone. Is. Huge. Going from a 6" screen on the V30 to the 6.8" on the V60 is a huge leap, but I'm already getting used to it, although I do recommend getting a pop-socket or something to help hold it when laying down.
4. There are so many different options to customize this phone to your liking. I personally really like the implementation of the gestures instead of buttons. It makes for a very fluid experience when scrolling/browsing.
5. The 5000mAh battery makes the battery life on this phone incredible. The first full day of using this phone after I had re-downloaded all apps and such from my previous phone, I only went through 50% of the battery from 8am to 10pm.

So far, there are only two things that I think could have been improved on the V60.
1. The fingerprint scanner. I loved the back fingerprint scanner on the V30 and the new fingerprint scanner built into the display on the V60 is just okay. It isn't as fast or accurate as the dedicated scanner on the V30. With that said, it does work, there are just times where I have to place my thumb two or three times to unlock the phone. On another note, there is no face recognition biometric on the V60. This is odd to me because even my V30 had this. Personally, I have never been a fan of using face recognition to unlock my phone, but it would have been nice for LG to have kept this feature for people that like to use it.
2. Using this phone on Snapchat is a bit frustrating. I know this falls on Snapchat to correct the issue, but the front facing camera when used on Snapchat is extremely zoomed in. Even holding the phone at arms length for a selfie, my face takes up the entire screen. Hoping that this can be improved with a software patch from them. (Not holding LG responsible for this, just including it for reference)
Overall, the LG V60 is a beast of a phone that, in my opinion, holds it's own against the Galaxy (S20/S20+/S20Ultra) and at a much lower cost. Even with the faults in the fingerprint scanner, I am giving it a 5-star review because this phone deserves it. I hope, in writing this review, that LG will improve on the fingerprint scanner and bring back the facial recognition to help appeal to a wider audience of preference when it comes to biometric locks.

I bought this phone a month ago and when im on speaker phone the person im talking to thinks ive hungup as they cannot hear me. I turn this feature off and they can hear me fine. My phone has also locked up w a pink fuzzy screen and i had to reset phone three times.

Audio Recorder button in Messaging

Great phone. Zero complaints other than the audio recorder button in the messaging app. I do not like that I cannot take it off of my screen and it is not customizable. I have accidentally sent numerous audio messages because of its placement. I really wish the next update will allow us to remove it from the sending bar.
