I absolutely hate this phone. Not user friendly at all, extremely frustrating. There are multiple phone, camera, messaging, etc apps on the device which are very confusing. My screenshots save to a different place than the pictures I take. I have to download multiple apps for my email accounts. Apps like Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, etc lag. And picture quality of uploads is just awful. Pics/videos are always slow, the sound is off, and they're grayish and pixelated. Interface sucks, took me a month to fully figure out how swipe, tap, go back, etc. Even writing this review has been a pain. I still dont understand how to change settings on autocorrect, and the keyboard is a pain to type with. I wish id never bought this phone. I havent even bothered using the dual screen because I dont want to deal with the inevitable frustration. Zero stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One of the most feature-rich, under appreciated Android flagships of 2020! The V60 packs all the features that you would expect in a flagship smartphone (SD 865, IP 68 water/dust resistance rating, fast usb-c charging, wireless charging, ability to record in 8K for video) AND it includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack! While it does not have the higher 90 Hz or 120 Hz refresh rate (it retains the industry stand 60Hz), the high-end processor and 8GB of RAM make for a smooth daily experience.
LG knocked it out of the park with the LGV60 thinQ 5G. I am a lifetime Android user and have always used Samsung devices for the most part. However, the price of the Galaxy S20's was just extremely expensive and not within my price range. So I decided to go with the V60 and it was the greatest decision I made. Everything about the phone is fantastic from the battery to the camera, dual-screen capability, etc. LG continuing to place the 3.5 mm jack in their phones is a huge bonus for me and is a big reason why I chose to buy this phone. The sound quality on absolutely fantastic and the phone speakers are probably the best speakers I have ever heard in a cell phone. My friend has a Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and has had many problems with it and advised me to get the V60 saying it is way better than the S20 Ultra. I couldn't be happier with this device and hope it continues to work strongly for many years.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good phone. There are lots of features and very few drawbacks. This is more about suggestions for me. 1. Put the buttons on the right side, all of them 2. Change to hole punch selfie cam or in- display variant. 3. Add solar panel to front cover of dual screen case. 4. More themeing options, possibly an app to make more themes. 5. Add on option to hide navigation UI, to go fully swipe gesture navigation.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use
I love this phone! Granted, I've only had the phone just a few days but its fast, large screen, excellent video quality, and very light. My last phone only had a 3,000mAh battery and was way heavier than this thing. Get it, you won't be dissapointed.
Bought about 6 months ago. This phone is easier than the galaxy S8. Screen is bigger than a Note 9. Don't have to worry about Bixby. Battery life is phenomenal.
I enjoy all the perks of this phone my only suggestion would be for the screen shot button - lower volume button-to be put on the lower part of the phone or on the the same side as the power button literally takes 2 hand to awkwardly take a screen shot
