This is my fourth LG V-series phone. For years, I only bought Samsung phones, including the Note series. But after I got tired of the constant Samsung software updates, I switched over to LG. And I couldn't be happier! I love the smart stylus/pen capability (like the Note), and the second screen is a great add-on also. I have only positive things to write about this phone!

Dual Screen Poor Gimick

The battery on this phone is fantastic. And I don't mind the sheer size either. I didn't think the dual screen add-on was anything but a marketing gimmick. Yet, I expected it to work at least, and for the build quality to be a step above tenement housing. I rarely used the dual-screen, as there really are NOT that many applications--outside gaming--that truly benefit from it. It made the phone weigh a ton, and once I got over the novelty it vanished into a desk. The build quality was so bad from the get-go anyway, that I knew its days were numbered. I had to send it back after it failed less than five months. It is only today that I bothered to file a warranty claim and have it replaced. Why? Because I have too much free time. And I feel like LG could have done something more with the marketing tie-ins, instead of rewarding loyal users with garbage. The V60 is my last LG handset
The phone is one of the best phone I ever had in years. I always loved LG and HTC I tried Samsung but no LG will always win in my book. Just 2 little things I don't like 1st the phone should come with the duel case like the t mobile version 2nd I do like the blue but I really wanted the white one other then that the phone is outstanding.

Don't let the Samsung people fool you with their bad reviews of this phone. This phone is a significant upgrade to the V40 and that phone almost has a perfect score. Absolutely no issues with this phone for me. Super fast, great camera, very long battery life. And, this has 128 gb of internal drive space. I will not be upgrading any time soon.
I liked the the 40 better. The fingerprint sensor is horrible and barely works. I liked when it was on the back and never had problems with it. I don't feel it was a significant upgrade from older versions.
