I have been an iPhone user for years, but I have to say that I love this phone. The price is amazing and the dual screen and pen support makes this phone a dream.
This phone is a monster it's got the battery life top last all day maybe a day& a half add well as a second screen too it's fast & a great phone all around
As someone who has an LG G8XThinQ, I knew about the Dual Screen case and have been using it a bit. While not an everyday accessory for me, it does come in handy for trying to deal with 2 apps at once. And the GamePad feature is great for gaming. As for the V60ThinQ itself, it is a modern flagship with specs to compete against the gorilla in the room(Samsung S20 Plus) while maintaining a lower price and added functionality of the Dual Screen case. I do wish LG would clean up its home screen launcher, it’s not terrible but it seems “unfinished”. I haven’t had a chance to try the Bokeh Audio yet, but if it works as advertised it would add to the creative tools this device offers. The Quad-DAC is also here with the headphone jack intact while still having IP68 water and dust resistance. Overall, I think it’s a good device but not one that will help push LG to become an contender to Samsung.
Nice phone, but dual screen not yet optimized. Hinge between screens too large. Should have used slim metal case instead of chunky plastic. Phone should also stay in the position I leave it in and not flap around. Only a handful of of programs run with dual screen. Needs 90hz screens or more. Apart from that it is a good solid phone.
I haven’t had a problem with the phone itself, but I was able to get the second screen from LG and shortly after attaching the screen to the phone, per the instructions, the phone went crazy and began restarting over and over. Only after 30 to 45 minutes later was I able to use the phone again, but some of the programs which were a part of the Android OS would not function properly or would give an error saying that program has “stopped working.” Once I disconnected the second screen from the phone and it restarted I haven’t had a problem. Hopefully LG or someone will come up with a solution, because I really enjoyed having the ability to use it. That was one of the reasons that I purchased this particular phone not to mention that my previous LG phone worked really well.
The V60 is the thinking person's smart phone. Side-by-side its automatic cameras stand with the best of Samsung and Apple, but LG brings precise manual controls too. Unlike Samsung and Apple, the V60 brings a wired Hi-Fi Digital-Analog Converter to deliver an audio experience no other phone can dream of. That's especially important if you are using a high-end music streaming service like Tidal. Finally, with the second screen and pen support, the V60 is an entertainment and productivity behemoth no other phone can match... And for hundreds of dollars less. It may be large and heavy, but it is a brilliant phone whose total capabilities are unmatched in the American market.
