The V60 speakerphone was muting on every call. I sent it back.

So far so good, except the back of the phone has already cracked. Apparently the gorilla glass isn't really that effective. I wish they didn't put glass at all on the back and left it like they had the V20 personally.
Great phone except for size being too big and heavy and transfer of contacts from previous phone. (It lost all my contacts when I synced but a Google search fixed it) I switched from a Samsung Galaxy 7 so this is a big upgrade. The brightness is too bright for me. I have it set on low brightness, blue screen, and dark mode. The sound is crazy too. I have to lower the volume settings because it's ear piercing. Otherwise, its a phone. It's a little behind the Samsung and iPhone in terms of specs, but the battery life is amazing as the previous two battery life stinks.
I got my phone New in box I downloaded my apps from old phone and I have never had a phone that work so well and so fast it finds the best frequency to use and automatically switches from one to another without interruption. Maybe you should go get one of your own.
soft ware not updated. couldn't download a lot of themes or fonts

I love this phone but it does take a little to get use to. I upgraded from an LG V30 that I LOVED! This phone is a lot bigger and much more heavy. But once you adjust to the size and weight it's awesome. I also received the dual screen through an LG promotion which takes the phone to a whole other level. The photos are so clear and detailed. Video is amazing also. My husband had an Iphone 11 and he's pretty jealous of my phone. The battery life is Amazing! Half the price with all the features of an iPhone.
Great value compared to other flagship phones. Clearly LG is aggressively trying and likely succeeding to gain market share. The Samsung Galaxy series lost my business this time, in no small part by eliminating the headphone jack from flagship phones. The LG V60 has a quad DAC for high quality audio. Also, the LG V60 ThinQ has the dual screen which I received in about 3 days for free, direct from LG!
