Although other reviewers have commented on the size of the phone, that is not the most prominent or important feature for me. I also got the dual screen adapter and the combined screen space is like having a unique table that can either show one large image (with a break in the middle that you get used to pretty quickly) or two separate apps that are used together for better efficiency. The screen resolution is crisp enough for any application and the audio quality is excellent. It does work nicely as a phone but I think it is better used as a small table or computer that also has a phone in it. Very nicely done.

The associate who helped me was very friendly and helpful and I was able to order my phone online and I quickly pick it up in the store so I enjoyed the experience very much. However, the phone itself has one issue so far. When I put a call on speaker the other caller can't hear me but I can hear them. Other then that one issue I'm happy with my purchase.

This was an upgrade from my LG v20. It is much faster with a larger screen but lower resolution. The 5000mah battery easily gets me through a day of heavy use. Android 10 took some getting used to, but overall I'm happy with the upgrade.
My only minor complaints are the drop from 1440p to 1080p, and the addition of a Bixby button on the left side of the phone.
