(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Can't say I'd recommend due to problems right out of the box. The laptop had a flickering screen and mic problems. Called support and they tried to fix it but I may send it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only thing that could be improved is the camera quality. Though I suppose these days, it's expected you buy a separate webcam for all the zoom meetings...

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Size is great, but after set up, monitor kept flashing, update window and bios , screen still flashing occasionally. When charge battery laptop heat up easily. Still looking for solution, searched online, it seems like is a common problem.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The laptop is very sleek and light. It does what it needs to do for a student. I love the fingerprint functionality, the speakers are pretty good and there are adequate ports to support my needs. However, there is a problem with the screen as it glitches in different coloured lines every so often so it feels like the screen is flashing in front of you. It's not a big problem but it does get annoying. It is under warranty so I will be getting a replacement with Lenovo.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought two of these laptops - one for home use and one for a programmer I had just hired (I'm a small business).
The one for the programmer crashed multiple times and we ended up sending it back. It got to a point where he couldn't even turn it on.
The one we use at home is still working great. It's a bit smaller then I like and I'm not sure I would do a fabric covering again but the actual functioning of the laptop is very good. Boots up quickly and does what we need.
