[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with my new Lenovo chromebook. I wanted something a bit bigger than my current Acer R11 without getting something that would be too heavy and bulky. The size of this fit the bill perfectly. I've never had backlit keyboard; and now that I have it, this is a feature I would not want to go without. Set up to wifi and printers was easier than I expected. I like the narrow bezel. Since the speakers were on top, I was expecting louder volume. The volume on my Acer is louder than this. Since I don't use my computer for movie watching or listening to music, this is not an issue for me; but if you are specifically looking for a laptop with loud volume, this might not be the one for you. All my past laptops accepted a regular SD card, which I enjoyed as my cameras all use SD cards. This only accepts a micro-SD, which won't be as convenient. Battery life is very good, but I notice that the battery icon/percentage can't be trusted. This has not been an issue as long as I plug it in to recharge at the end of the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a college student overall can say that this computer does get the job done, it gives you everything you need. Great battery life, screen looks amazing, camera is not amazing but it is pretty good if you're gonna need to use a video chat service.
You cant customize your home screen much, meaning you can put website icons on the screen you have to keep the icons on the bottom panel. You can use snapchat! The sound is great and loud! You cant edit Microsoft papers, excel sheets, or powerpoints, but if you convert it as a file you can edit on google, once your done you can save it back as a Microsoft file.
It doesn't come with a pen but you can order one. Other than that I really love this computer. It's perfect for a student like me!
