[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Chromebook Flex 5 for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it! This was my first Chromebook after years of laptops so I wasn't sure how it would compare. I already have a Google phone so syncing between my phone and Chromebook was seamless. I really like the size and weight. My only two complaints are that trying to find a stylus that works on this model is a pain. Also, the touchpad can feel a bit "sticky" at times (the mouse just doesn't track with your finger super smoothly). But for the price and what I need, I am very happy with this purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product gives so much bang for your buck! The touchscreen is responsive, keys easy to type on (not noisy), flex is awesome! This is a perfect Chromebook for my 9th grader!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had Lenovos before and loved them. First Chromebook though. Only complaint is that the speakers REALLY suck, which stinks since it's 99% used for streaming.
This chrome book is excellent. It was purchased as a gift and is perfect for browsing and streaming.

Engineered to break

Recently I've had to fix a Lenovo Laptop. The problem absolutely blew me away, one of the double jointed hinges had seized up in the closed position making it impossible to remove even after removing the display and and bottom cover. In an attempt to make it look pretty, all of the screws were hidden and nearly unreachable, even after they were removed the plastic tic hinge casing was still stuck. I struggled with this piece of hardware for well over an hour on a problem that should've taken ten minutes and I still had to mangle some bits of the breakable plastic case in order to even get the hinge cover off. It turns out that the hinge bolts had gotten a little bit too tight causing the whole thing to get stuck causing extensive case damage and minor screen damage. This product cost the user $400 and it didn't even last a year.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my Chromebook Flex 5 (13") - Graphite Grey. The ordering process was easy and it only took a few days for it to arrive. I have not had a chance to even open it yet but have had decent experiences with all my other Lenovo laptops.
