DEAD just after 2 years of usage

Was an OK router. It was easy to setup AIMesh using the Asus Router mobile app.
But unfortunately, the router died just after 2 years of usage which was just outside of the manufacturer's warranty period when looking it up on the Asus website. Lights on the router just turned off and seemed like there was no power running through it all.
Therefore, did get some usage out of it but wasn't happy that it only lasted 2 years. I did see another review that someone experienced the same thing so be wary if you want to buy this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible as an AI mesh node

Purchase this to simply extend my coverage by using it as an AI mesh node. My main router is in a RT AX86U And that router is superb! However, this AX55 is just terrible. As a node it constantly shows that the signal is weak or that it is completely off-line. And that’s with the node placed only 12 feet away from the main router. What a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
