[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to the height of my countertop and supply chain issues, I was limited to a few dishwashers that would fit in the space I have. This dishwasher fit the bill. I like the look, the inside and the functions but don’t like that I have to hit cancel every time I close the machine. I haven’t figured out a way to resolve this. Am I missing something in the owners manuel?

We're glad to hear you're enjoying this dishwasher and it is working well for you! You should not have to press cancel whenever the door is being closed. The Start/Cancel button should be pressed to start a cycle or resume one that has been interrupted. If you want to cancel a cycle in progress, you can hold down on it for three seconds. Disappointing

I had to get a shorter (ADA compliant) dishwasher for it to fit under my countertop. I am really disappointed in this dishwasher. I realized that it would be smaller, but I never thought two inches in height could make such a difference. On page 7 of the manual, there’s a suggested loading diagram. Nowhere does it show pots and pans, and indeed I don’t seem to be able to fit any in when I have a normal amount of plates and bowls. I guess I’ll have to start washing pots and pans by hand. Furthermore, the top tines are very short, so glasses, cups, and smaller bowls fall down until the basket is fully loaded and they hold one another up. And two things are required that weren’t with my old GE dishwasher: I discovered a rinse aid is needed for the dishes to dry (my first few loads were dripping), and hot water needs to be run before starting the dishwasher. Makes me feel bad that I had to spend $250 more for this inadequate dishwasher than a normal-height one, but I had little choice once I discovered I needed to get an ADA compliant one for it to fit.

Very pleased with dishwasher

I have run my new Frigidaire dishwasher once on the normal cycle and once on the one-hour wash with heat dry cycle. As recommended, I did use Cascade Rinse aid. Very pleased with cleanliness of all items in dishwasher. I did stand next to dishwasher, when I was cleaning my pots and I found my dishwasher was very quiet. All my large and small plates fit into the bottom section along with three large glasses. I was able to fit four small glasses and my bowls in the top section. Very pleased with my new dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not happy with this dishwasher. The lower tray is designed poorly. The silverware holder is situated in the middle and takes up too much space, The space between plate holders is way too small ( too close together and the whole tray holds less than normal. The heat dry option does not work. I would like a different one.

Cleans well and is quiet but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ...design of both upper and lower racks leaves a lot to be desired. Difficult to fit a lot into machine. Position of silverware basket is inconvenient. Should be to the side of rack. Are racks with better design available?
