Loading your dishware correctly can alleviate any loading matters you may be experiencing. The upper basket has been designed for small plates, mugs, glasses, and plastic items marked “dishwasher safe”, etc. For best results, place the bowls, cups, glasses with the soiled surface facing down or toward the center. The bottom basket is designed to load plates, soup bowls, plates, saucers, and cookware. You can view additional loading tips in your manual, with the following link http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodinfo_pdf/Kinston/A15930701en.pdf on pages 7-8.

Overall good machine so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working well for the 6+ weeks so far. Little difficult getting water connection complete as unit did not have standard hose fitting. Racks are taking some getting used to to maximize usage / placement of dishes.

Good looking unit with SS tub

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to replace an older unit and upon receipt I found it is almost 1 1/2" shorter than the unit I removed which is OK as I was concerned because the old unit was a tight fit. Not sure why it is shorter but I had to build a small platform for the unit to set op, good news the trim panel for the front will adjust to cover the platform so all is good. Last concern was the water fitting which is low on the front of the unit I was going to just bend the flex hose and run the water line under the unit as there is a channel for the water and power cable molded in the base. But I was concerned that the sharp bend would be too much for the hose so I had to had to purchase several fittings and some copper tubing to make a manifold to route the water line down and back in copper and them connect the flex hose. Because the unit is shorter here is limited room under the unit to rout stuff

Does a really good job of cleaning my dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher to replace our old one and had to opt for a smaller dishwasher due to the dimensions of the cabinet area. Although the area is smaller it still meets our needs, but it would probably not work well for a family of four or more. I like the stainless steel walls and the options for washing are more than sufficient for our needs. I rinse my dishes and pots very thoroughly and the 1 hour wash cycle does a perfect job.

It is so easy to use, quiet, and multiple choices of wash cycles; even has a just rinse one!This picture is after one econo cycle and after the dishes had sat a yr. gathering dirt and grime! Just beautifuThey look new again!l!
