Upper utensil rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found it cleans the dishes quite well. I love the utensil upper slide basket. One thing I miss is being able ti adjust the rack holder so that you can fit larger (not taller) items.
I would give it a 9 out of 10.

Very Quiet Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first dishwasher, installed with my house renovation. I was so amazed that the dishwasher is so quiet while in operation with the normal cycle. Still learning how to stack dishes to get the best result, the pictures in L'utilisation & L'entretien are helpful. I'll try the 1 hour wash next, and the dry heat. It is fun having a new machine.

I wish we would have fixed our old dishwasher instead. I didn't actually se it before we bought it. I only saw a printout of a picture of it. I hate the racks (top & bottom). The mugs I use for my tea do not come clean & I'm using the same dishwasher detergent (Finish Powerball Quantum) that I've always used & never had a problem with before. But since it isn't something I can get rid of very easily, I stuck with it.

Have you checked for any kinks or clogs within your drain hose? If your drain line is attached to a disposer, ensure that the knockout plug has been removed.
Your household water temperature, along with the water pressure plays a key role in your appliance’s performance. The recommended temperature should be 120°F (49°C), and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi).

Washes well, appreciate the shorter cycles with heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not my first choice for a dishwasher but the one I've had is no longer available. I do appreciate that this one has 1 hr cycle WITH heated drying, and the normal cycle can do sani-rinse and heated drying without running for 3 hrs like my old one! Only two picks: Why no "clean" indicator light when the cycle is done? Also the bottom rack rolls al the way out and can be annoying to get back on track. Otherwise, I'm happy with it so far.
